1) Adults only / eligibility

2) Prohibited content & conduct (zero tolerance)

• Non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, sex trafficking, or coercion.
• Content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that invades privacy (including doxxing).
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, publicity rights) or violates any law or regulation.
• Malware, phishing, scraping at scale, or any attempt to disrupt the Services.

We may (but are not obligated to) remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or cooperate with law enforcement where required or appropriate.

3) User content, responsibility, and licenses

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, generate, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to provide User Content and to grant the licenses below.

To operate the Services, you grant Armpit.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

4) Copyright / DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please submit a notice per our DMCA Policy.

5) No professional advice

The Services and any information provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, or other professional advice.

6) Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armpit.io disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armpit.io and its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armpit.io’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Armpit.io for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you have not paid anything).

8) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Armpit.io and its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your User Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
